We use secure and insured delivery for all orders via our trusted courier UPS. Next day delivery is available for UK orders placed before 9am GMT, Monday to Friday. All other orders will be sent out the following morning.

Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. After this, failed deliveries will be either returned to us or held by the courier.

All of our products are carefully tested and approved for European sale. In case you would like to return an item we offer a 14 day refund policy where the cost of return carriage is covered by the customer. For any returns please contact us at info@gaspscissors.com so we can arrange the return details and documentation.
